I have been playing guitar since around 1976. My mother gave me an acoustic
guitar and said "we need bread on the table." We've been starving ever since.
Still I play on, and I like to play the music that I like the most. Progressive
has always been my favorite, with Steve Howe my overall favorite player.
Being born and raised in Kansas, the band Kansas was always a big influence.
I also like a lot of other kinds of music, jazz, blues, rock, and even a
little country. All I can say is that I love to play, and I love my wife
Sammie, who is pictured with me. Hope to see ya all at the show.
